Barcode Festival is returning in 2025 for another memorable day of headline music acts, product activations, industry networking and complimentary food and drink from your favourite brands....whilst raising money for charity - Groceryaid!
Join the fun at Barcode as part of the Festaff Volunteer Team in 2025.
Grocery Aid is a charity that provides free and confidential emotional, practical and financial support to industry colleagues 24/7, 365 days a year.
Working in partnership with hundreds of supporters across the trade, we help colleagues within the grocery industry from: Multiple Retailers, Wholesalers, Convenience Stores, Independents, Manufacturers and Service providers.
Dive into the heart of the festival scene with Festaff – where the music is epic, the vibes are electric, and the memories last a lifetime.
By joining our volunteer team, you’ll get a front-row seat to the excitement and experience the biggest acts of the day without the hefty ticket price!

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly and reliable people to help us with simple customer-facing roles at Barcode 2025.

What to expect:
Your volunteer shift will start at around 11am and finish at around 7pm (TBC), giving you plenty time to enjoy the big acts of the day – Still TBC at this point. We will work with you on breaks and finishing times if there is an act you are desperate to see during the day.
Your role will be scanning tickets to validate entry for customers and handing out lanyards - a simple task that is light and enjoyable. Your volunteer shift will finish in good time to get in position for the headline act and breaks will be given throughout the day.
As this is just a 1-day event, there will only be a £10 non-refundable admin fee to pay; the additional deposit is not required.
Please note - this is food and drink-based events so there will be plenty opportunity to get fed we will also supply you with food vouchers…you’ve got to sample the wares on show!
No camping. No parking.
There is ample public transport in the area – tube to Golders Green, Hampstead or Hampstead or buses. Please check out London Transport Website.

Please note once on site at the Barcode you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Music Festival promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the music festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.
You must plan and make your own way to and from the event.
