Boomtown is an ever-evolving story. Eight city districts come to life, each with their own unique vision for how we build a perfect world. There’re characters to meet, causes to join and secrets to be revealed around every corner

Boomtown have asked us to take a full ticket bond of £320 in line with their own volunteer guidelines. This deposit must be paid on application.....£315 returned to you after event. 

Those of you whom we will hold deposits for Glastonbury 2025 we can offer the chance to secure their place on our volunteer team for only £35...also those who we consider trusted members of the team - you must have at least two years "active" experience from 2019 with Festaff before being considered.

You must pay the full Boomtown deposit on application. 

The admin fee for this show to just £15 in line with all the other camping shows. 

The shifts will be various stewarding roles - crossing points, campsite stewarding, campervan stewarding etc and shifts will be from  12midnight - 8am, 8am - 4pm and 4pm to Midnight (TBC) - these shifts will be banded (A,B & C) so that no-one can get all the best shifts and all is as fair as possible.

What to expect:

You’ll work just 3 x 8-hour shifts (Plus training) during the festival. The rest of the time? It’s all yours to soak up the music, the atmosphere, and the unforgettable experience of Truck. These shifts could be on the Monday after the show – you must be prepared to cover the Monday Shift if required.

You will be required to camp. There is limited number of CVs allowed for our volunteer team at the event – we require you to email after you have secured your spot if you wish a place for your CV please email – reg, make model and H, W & L. Spots are Limited.

Shifts will be allocated on site after accreditation – shifts will be graded A/B/C so that they are spread evenly, and all volunteers get a fair choice of shifts.

Please note once on site at the Boomtown you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Music Festival promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the music festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.
You must plan and make your own way to and from the event.
