Revel in the May Bank holiday festivities...and there's extra nights entertainment for your volunteering efforts. Friday night big hitters are still TBC at this point but with acts such as James, Stereophonics, The Wombats, The Lathums, The Reytons and Inhaler amongst many others over the weekend...NWKD 2025 is a sure fire hit!

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly and reliable people to help us with simple customer-facing roles at Neighbourhood Weekender 2025.

What to expect:

You’ll work just 2 x 8-hour shifts during the festival. The rest of the time? It’s all yours to soak up the music, the atmosphere, and the unforgettable experience of Neighbourhood Weekender.

Although this is a non-camping event for the public, we have been given permission for our staff to camp onsite from Friday to Monday... so don't forget your camping gear and let's make real weekend of it. No rushing for late night buses or scrambling for early morning trains - you'll be where the action is 24/7!

Shifts will be allocated on site after accreditation – shifts will be graded A/ B so that they are spread evenly, and all volunteers get a fair choice of shifts.

You will be required to camp. A small number of campervans are permitted for volunteers at this event but only with the prior agreement of the Festaff management team. Please email us via contact page with any requests. We will require the make, model, reg, occupancy and size – L, W, H. No confirmation from Festaff, no campervan on site.

Please note: once on site at Neighbourhood Weekender, you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Music Festival promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the music festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.

All our volunteer roles on site are light customer facing tasks and you will be fully supported by your Supervisors and the Festaff team. A meal voucher issued per shift and showers supplied for staff as well as other welfare items - phone charging etc.

You must plan and make your own way to and from the event.
