LIDO Festival takes place on the historic Lido Field in Victoria Park, East London. As a fan-first festival, we celebrate globally loved artists who take the lead on the event curation, alongside emerging talent, community engagement, and creativity at the heart of East London. As well as the music, we are also committed to sustainability and giving back to our local surroundings with our policies.

Your role will be scanning tickets to validate entry for customers, a simple task that is light and enjoyable.

Dive into the heart of the festival scene with Festaff – where the music is epic, the vibes are electric, and the memories last a lifetime.

By joining our volunteer team, you’ll get a front-row seat to the excitement and experience the biggest acts of the day without the hefty ticket price!

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly and reliable people to help us with simple customer-facing roles at LIdo 2025.

What to expect:

Your volunteer shift will start at around 11am and finish at around 7pm (TBC), giving you plenty time to enjoy the big acts of the day. We will work with you on breaks and finishing times if there is an act you are desperate to see during the day. (Start and finish times depend on gate opening times)

Your role will be scanning tickets to validate entry for customers, a simple task that is light and enjoyable. Your volunteer shift will finish in good time to get in position for the headline act and breaks will be given throughout the day.

As this is just a 1-day event, there will only be a £10 non-refundable admin fee to pay; the additional deposit is not required.

No camping. No parking. Please note: there is no food or drink allowance for this event.

There is ample public transport in the area – tube to Mile End Station or buses. Please check out London Transport Website.

Please note once on site at the Lido you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Music Festival promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the music festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.

You must plan and make your own way to and from the event.
