By joining our volunteer team, you’ll get a front-row seat to the excitement and experience the biggest acts of the day without the hefty ticket price!

Flying solo or volunteering with friends - we have a team for you on our team.

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly and reliable people to help us with simple customer-facing roles at Bearded Theory 2025.

What to expect:

You’ll work just 3 x 8-hour shifts during the festival. The rest of the time? It’s all yours to soak up the music, the atmosphere, and the unforgettable experience of Bearded Theory.

Shifts will be allocated on site after accreditation – shifts will be graded A/ B so that they are spread evenly, and all volunteers get a fair choice of shifts.

Roles available – Wristbander, Scanner (Gate Steward) Campsite Steward (Stewarding)

Camping is required – whether it’s in a tent or your campervan (just be sure to book your campervan spot in with our team) We need reg, make, model and H, W L. Spots are limited.
