We want you to be part of our volunteer team at over 30 music festivals in summer 2025 including Glastonbury, Kendal Calling, Carfest, Boomtown, BST Hyde Park, Creamfields, Rewind Festivals, Isle of Wight Festival, APE Victoria Park, Bloodstock and many more.

Why Volunteer with Festaff...

  • Save the ticket price and receive a pass for the whole event. No full price ticket deposit for most events. Minimal deposit - maximum fun.
  • Have fun with friends. We encourage you to apply with friends but if you are flying solo have no fear as you will make many likeminded new friends on site.
  • Volunteer a short period of time. Most events 2 x 8 hr shifts. You will probably get at least one shift out of the way before a note is struck on stage.
  • Enjoy perks as part of the team. Free showers, meals on duty, phone charging facilities, hot water, snacks/tea/coffee on shift and much more.
  • Have the time of your life. Being part of our team means you have much free time to experience the fabulous music and atmosphere with friends old and new.
  • Be a part of the crew that stages your favourite music festivals. See how backstage works, gain priceless on-site work experience for your CV.
