Attracting a sell out crowd of 70,000 people every year, the multi award winning Creamfields festival returns to its idyllic countryside home of Daresbury in Cheshire, UK this August Bank Holiday weekend.

Join the August Bank Holiday marks the biggest weekend of the year for electronic music fans, as 70,000 festival goers make their annual pilgrimage to the Cheshire countryside for Creamfields’ 4-day annual behemoth, and fans who were lucky enough to secure tickets to the sold-out event are in for a treat, as Cream HQ have just announced a game changing new superstructure for 2025 – APEX.

All our volunteer roles on site are light customer facing tasks and you will be fully supported by your Supervisors and the Festaff team.

You must plan and make your own way to and from the event. Free staff car park passes will be issued on arrival.

There will be a thorough police search for ALL staff and volunteers arriving on site.

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly and reliable people to help us with simple customer-facing roles at Creamfields 2025.

What to expect:

You’ll work just 3 x 8-hour shifts (Plus training) during the festival. The rest of the time? It’s all yours to soak up the music, the atmosphere, and the unforgettable experience of Creamfields 2025.

You will be required to camp. There is limited number of CVs allowed for our volunteer team at the event – we require you to email after you have secured your spot if you wish a place for your CV please email – reg, make model and H, W & L. Spots are Limited.

Shifts will be allocated on site after accreditation – shifts will be graded A/B/C so that they are spread evenly, and all volunteers get a fair choice of shifts.

Please note once on site at the Creamfields you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the Music Festival promoter and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the music festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.
