Jobs at Langdale Beer Festival 2024

Octoberfest is a beer, music, food and arts festival, held annually in the picturesque Langdale Valley in the Lake District, Cumbria in the North West of England.

Octoberfest is a beer, music, food and arts festival, held annually in the picturesque Langdale Valley in the Lake District, Cumbria in the North West of England. The Festival is a four day independent event with a local community ethos showcasing world class and regional beer, music, food and liquor. The event will also celebrate the lakes and outdoors with an array of health and wellbeing workshops hosted by professional instructors.

Festaff has been asked to be invloved in this inaugural year and we hope to grow our team as the event increases in size and popularity.

You will be required to work x2 shifts in exchange for a pass for the weekend and access to staff camping, showers, & welfare areas. 

You will be given a meal voucher per shift and two beer tokens.....to be used when not on duty! 

Camping is available and we also have a small allocation for campervans for 2024 -  all those who wish to book a place for their CV must first guarantee that, at least, 2 people are residing in the CV and give their names to info@festaff.co.uk - these names must be supported by undividual applications. 

All our volunteer roles are light customer facing tasks and you will be fully supported by your Supervisors and the Langdale team.

You must plan and make your own way to and from the event. Staff car park passes will be issued on arrival - if required.

BONDS (£20) WILL BE PAID BACK BEFORE END OF OCTOBER 2024!

Please note: once on site at LBF you are required to be on volunteer shift where and when required by the LBF and Festaff management. You will be advised as far as possible of volunteer shift patterns, etc. in advance of the beer festival but we cannot be 100% accurate of all that is required until on site. Please bear this in mind.
