Stewarding at Festivals
Stewarding is a fantastic way to attend the UK’s biggest festivals, offering a chance to learn new skills, meet new people and see some of your favourite artists perform without the cost.
We’re on the hunt for friendly, personable event stewards for a range of UK music festivals throughout the year. You’ll be helping people get from A to B and making sure attendees enjoy themselves so you’ll ideally love spending time with others and have a fantastic sense of humour to boot. In return you’ll get an unforgettable experience seeing behind the scenes of your favourite festivals, with plenty of time to enjoy the event itself and an opportunity to make new, likeminded friends.

What is stewarding?
Stewards are what keep festivals running; helping control crowds, directing attendees to the right location, pointing out ameniities, and creating a happy, vibrant atmosphere. As a festival steward, you might be needed in a multitude of different jobs; from helping people park safely, to giving information and directing attendees around the site.
With shifts designed with your enjoyment in mind, stewarding is a fantastic way to see the UK’s best while making a difference to everyone who attends.
