Be Part of the Biggest Gigs of Summer – Oasis at Heaton Park!
Festaff family, we’ve got something HUGE for you!
We’re giving our most loyal volunteers an exclusive chance to be part of the highly anticipated Oasis homecoming shows at Manchester’s Heaton Park this summer. These gigs are set to be THE events of the year, and you could be right at the heart of it all!
We’re providing volunteer scanning and gate steward roles at these legendary shows – but here’s the deal: these spots are currently only available to volunteers who have worked at 2+ Festaff events since 2020…at this stage!!!
We want a trusted and experienced crew on the ground to make sure everything runs smoothly. If we have extra spaces after this initial recruitment drive, we will open applications to the wider Festaff Family – stay tuned!
Event Dates:
✅ Friday, 11 July
✅ Saturday, 12 July
✅ Wednesday, 16 July
✅ Saturday, 19 July
✅ Sunday, 20 July
Important Details:
A full ticket bond is required– Due to the high profile of these shows, this has been agreed with the promoter as a necessity for our involvement.
Arrival: 11:45 AM TBC
Shift Begins: Around 2:30 PM....accreditation and training prior to this.
Shift Ends: Once Oasis takes the stage, or as soon as possible while ensuring all customers are accredited. (Don’t worry, we want you to enjoy the show too – supervisors will handle any last-minute arrivals!)
No parking or camping is available – Volunteers must arrange their own transport. Public transport info will be provided in your info packs.
Please Note: Festaff is not involved in any other Oasis shows in the UK – these Manchester dates are your only chance to be part of the action!
How to Apply:
Applications are only open to Festaff volunteers who have worked two or more events since 2020 – at this stage.
The events will appear on the Festaff website soon, and those invited will be able to apply for their preferred dates. There is no other way to apply for these roles – if you’re eligible, you’ll hear from us!
If you apply for multiple events but then do not proceed with applications for all the dates offered, this may affect the probability of you being formally invited to volunteer for Oasis at Heaton Park. To ensure fairness to all volunteers, we recommend only selecting dates you are certain you can attend.
Bond Per Day:
£150 (equivalent to a general ticket price). Breakdown: £130 bond + £20 admin fee. Refund: Bonds will be returned via cheque in September/October.
